How to: Connect SQL 2008 R2 database to VIsual Studio 2012

I have used Visual Studio 2010 and the way to connect to a data base was a Little bit different. In VS 2012 I ran into a problem and it won’t just connect, the error said that the database file was in use by another program, any way this I show I manage to connect.
